Person-Centered Counselling

The struggles we meet in our lives can become overwhelming. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can share whatever you are facing and together we can explore your experience, feelings and choices; helping you to discover your own way forward. I have a wide range of experience working with different challenges people may face including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, PTSD, relationship and family difficulties, bereavement, self-esteem struggles, emotional and sexual abuse, suicidal feelings, OCD, addiction and mental health difficulties.

My therapy room is a peaceful, private space 5-10 mins walking distance from Glastonbury town centre. I work with individuals, couples, adults, young people and children. I offer long or short term counselling. This can be face to face, online or via the telephone.

I have a standard fee of £50 per session for individuals. I have some spaces available for those whose circumstances require a reduced fee (please feel free to ask me about this). I also offer student rates to trainee counsellors.

Creative Therapy

…a safe space to unfold and Be…

I also offer the opportunity to incorporate Creative Therapy if, when and as you choose. This might involve the use of colour, movement, sound, paint, clay, crafts, sand-play, poetry… whatever you are drawn to that helps you to explore and discover in a warm, non-judgmental environment.

~ “Every human being has the capacity to be creative… what is creative is frequently therapeutic. What is therapeutic is frequently a creative process… using the expressive arts to foster emotional healing, resolve inner conflict and awaken individual creativity is an increasingly expanding field.” ~ Natalie Rogers ~
